CoquiFlix Terms of Use

Welcome to CoquiFlix (“CoquiFlix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your use of our streaming service, including all content, features, and functionalities, whether accessed via our website (www.coquiflix.com) or any other platform.

By accessing or using CoquiFlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Eligibility

Free Trials

  • We may offer free trials. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.

  • CoquiFlix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You agree NOT to:
    • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content
    • Download or copy content (unless explicitly allowed)

4. Account Sharing

  • You may not share your account beyond your household unless explicitly permitted.
  • We reserve the right to monitor usage and limit or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Content Availability

  • The content available on CoquiFlix may vary by region and may change over time.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Add or remove content
    • Modify features or functionality
    • Interrupt service for maintenance or updates

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on CoquiFlix (films, series, logos, design, software) is owned by or licensed to CoquiFlix and protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automation to access the service

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • We detect fraudulent or abusive activity

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

  • That content will always be available

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CoquiFlix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico / United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
